FAQ’s Message for the Dogs: We hope you enjoy your visit, please be on your best behaviour, barking is fine, but please do not do it excessively for long periods, noise carries and we have neighbours. Do not dig holes, they make a mess and hoomans don’t look where they are going and hurt themselves. If you come across any tasty morsels, refrain from eating them, unless given to you. Do not make any kind of mess in the indoor areas. Gates and fences are there for a reason, don’t push your luck!
Behaviour: If you don’t know how your dog will behave, if he/she is a rescue with an uncertain background, or if you are aware your dog/s can be reactive to other dogs, then this will not be suitable for you and you will be asked to leave. We reserve the right to turn away any dogs that give us cause for concern. Multiple dogs: Multiple household dogs are welcome providing all the dogs are able to socialize outside of their pack. Females & Males: Please DO NOT bring females whilst in season. Intact males are welcome provided there are no issues whilst on site. Vaccinations: It is the owners responsibility to ensure all dogs are wormed and have all vaccinations up to date. Supervision: Dogs should be supervised at all times and are free to use all the play facilities with the encouragement of their owners. When using indoor areas, please give your dogs regular outdoor breaks to avoid accidents. Off-lead: Dogs are allowed off-lead in all areas with the exception of the toilets, indoor areas are at the discretion of the owner. Terrain: The Park is built on sand and therefore not muddy, but please wear suitable footwear for wet grass during rainy periods. Seating: Bench seating is provided by the stream and around the site. Litter: There are a number of bins around the field, please put all litter and dog waste in the bins provided. Indoor areas are Non Smoking. Most frequently asked question: ‘Why can’t I bring my children, they are family’: In today’s busy world dogs can become stressed with day to day living, they pick up on emotions and everything that is going on around them, they were not born to be a plaything 24/7. Cool K9 has been designed to give dogs their own downtime with no stress from children or other household pets, time out just being a dog results in a happier, stress free dog. Childrens playgrounds are usually fenced in with dogs not being allowed, dogs and children are not allowed to play on the same equipment, neither will insurance companies insure them, so Cool K9 provides a playground just for your dog. Adventure Parks are busy places full of dogs running around at high speed, attendance is at your own risk, Cool K9 cannot be held responsible for any accidents caused by dogs or owners.
